This Victorian was stripped of its beauty in the 1950s.

The previous owners had covered the entire front facade with asbestos siding.  After a consultation with the owner we met with the Historical Preservation Department and the San Francisco Building Department to determine the the legal and structural requirements for this project.

Once the asbestos siding was removed. we located the old “Shadows” of  the original trim and “Ginger Bread” and started fabricating mill works and finish details.

We fully restored this beautiful Victorian back to its pre-1906 Earthquake days.
